About us: The Professional Association of Mongolian Petroleum Product Importers (PAM) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that represents the petroleum product import sector and contributes to Mongolia’s security and sustainable development by protecting sectoral interests and strengthening public–private partnerships.

To become a leading force in strengthening Mongolia’s petroleum sector by establishing a reliable system that complies with international standards, promotes transparent and fair competition, and remains consumer-centric.
To lead efforts aimed at strengthening the sector’s independence by reducing reliance on imported petroleum products and supporting domestic production; to represent the unified interests of member organizations before government authorities and the private sector through coordinated policy positions and improvements to the legal and regulatory framework; and to ensure a stable and reliable supply of standardized petroleum products to consumers, thereby contributing to Mongolia’s sustainable national development.
1. Develop policy proposals and recommendations to improve legislation and regulations governing the petroleum sector.
2. Expand and institutionalize platforms for public–private dialogue to achieve collective and balanced solutions.
3. Establish and maintain a unified database covering domestic and international market research and sectoral information.
4. Organize training programs, workshops, and events to enhance the professional capacity and qualifications of sector personnel.
5. Promote professional ethics and safeguard the industry’s public reputation.

Board of Directors → The governing body responsible for defining operational policies and overseeing their implementation.
Chairman of the Board → The official representative of the Association at the national and international levels, providing strategic leadership and direction.
Executive Director → The executive responsible for the Association’s budget, financial management, and day-to-day operations, and for implementing decisions adopted by the Board of Directors.
Secretariat The administrative and professional unit responsible for supporting the Association’s leadership and carrying out daily activities to achieve its objectives.
